Vandalism
All damage caused by acts of vandalism shall be the full
responsibility of the lessee, except in case of repurchase
of deductible. However, damage must be reported at the
time of the incident and the occurrence recorded in a
police report.
Fire Protection

Protection against highway hazards
This coverage includes damage to windows, windshields,
windshield wipers, tires, rims and hubcaps, shock absorbers,
front turn signals, loss of hubcaps, boosting and towing.

Collision or overturning protection
The lessee shall be responsible for all damage caused
to the vehicle at the time of a claim. A police report
and/or a joint report written at the very scene of the
accident and in the presence of the implicated third party
is compulsory. Any omission shall render the lessee financially
liable for loss of use and for any damage caused to the
vehicle. Under the terms of this contract, and upon presentation
of the required documents, the deductible amount for repairs
shall be limited to deductible
per event. deductible amount for repairs shall be equal
to the market value of the vehicle.
